Epic Sana Marques Hotel

Planned to see Lisbon major attractions and it was fine base for visiting all of them. Great service, although a few employees were particularly busy.

The bed was not comfortable, that's my bad luck.

Our stay here was good, perfect place for exploring Lisbon.

We were in Lisbon for 7 days, had very good stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean with perfect location within a stone's throw to the Marquess de Pombal metro stop.

Handy location and overall the staff was fairly friendly.

The staff was knowledgeable, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city close to old town as well as the business district.

Outstanding value, I had a terrific stay. Breads, milk, pastries, jam and cheese were fresh and overall there was lots of food. There were luxury, airy rooms with an amazing view and coffee/tea making, for example. The pool was amazing and I had good drinks in the downstairs bar. Could use their perfect parking.

Magnificent location, excellent restaurant, neat staff and European decor. A magnificent beach, marvellous view. Plus, we were 15 mins by foot from a Portuguese museum. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, TV, complimentary wireless internet and terrace in the room.

The room was very modern, the staff was welcoming and the location was ideal. The hotel was centrally situated. And I was down the stairs from the 12th store. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay.

Facilities were new, yet wi-fi was quite slow.

Stunning location, beautiful room with outstanding views. There was very-very nice stuff and the service was fantastic! I booked a room with a very comfy bed, TV set, complimentary Wi-Fi and terrace. The takeout breakfast was excellant, included : breads, milk, jam, cheese and pastries. Had delicious drinks in the downstairs bar.

Overall outstanding staff and location. It was nice having mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee. Plenty of food at breakfast like breads, jam, cheese and pastries. Near a tube station, a short walk to supermarket and shops. Besides, the area was pretty quiet, next to a relaxed park...

absolutely perfect location, tidy and cozy rooms. all in all it's spotless place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. lisbon old town district is worth seeing. brilliant service within 0.5 miles of the airport. thank you for a fab stay, i would have stayed for longer.

Pretty clean & pretty spacious venue, incredibly beautiful views. There was a bright restaurant, stores and a bakery next door. The room was very cozy and absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely experience. Breakfast was nice hot and consisted of delicious meals. Early check-in, late check-out.

Location was wonderful and the hotel in general was luxury, I loved it. Silent and beautifully decorated room with ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS views. The bed was big. The provided service was perfect too.

Rich breakfast, friendly service. Nice sized suite and extra comfy bed. Found in the downtown area. They have complimentary beverages in the lobby bar. Would definitely go back, I liked the hotel.

Everything was immaculate as always. Fab location, comfortable enough bed, modern bathroom. Well managed room, extraordinary view. Personnel were happy to help and, of course, it was committed. Walking distance to stores and a bakery across the street.

Nice breakfast, comfy bed, professional staff. Loved executive room overlooking the city. It is away from hustle and bustle.
